The Arizer Solo is commonly recommended and talked about in the vaping community so I thought I should get my hands on one to see what all the fuss is about.
And in today’s Arizer Solo review video I’ll be letting you know about the good, the bad and whether you should buy one!
First Impressions Were A Bit ‘Meh’.
I’ll be honest. My first impressions of the Arizer Solo vaporizer weren’t all that great.
The Solo vape comes with just a few accessories and in a plain brown box. It’s not one for fancy packaging that’s for sure.
The Solo vaporizer looks a little like a kitchen appliance or something:
What’s more is it’s also quite a bit heavier and bigger than many of the other portable vaporizers that I’ve tried too. Sure you could ‘technically’ fit in your pocket (just) but it does result in a pretty massive buldge and I probably wouldn’t use this or class this as a ‘pocket vaporizer’ but instead more of a ‘handheld vaporizer‘.
However after a few days of using this device I started to actually find out that this really is a case of ‘you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover’ because despite my so-so initial impressions I found after a few days of using this that the Solo does in fact excel in a few ways big time.
The Vape Quality Is Phenomenal.
Although this might not be one of the most aesthetically stunning vaporizers one area where the Solo really shines through is in it’s vape quality which is absolutely amazing and extremely tasty indeed.
The path that the vapor travels through is all glass so it’s never touching plastic or anything like that and it really does result in a super smooth, cool and yummy vape that’s full of flavor and never rough or burnt.
And out of all of the portable vapes that I’ve tried to date I would definitely say that this is right up there with the best and is even better than many other similar portable vapes that are on the market – which is pretty surprising considering the significantly lower price tag of the Solo.
The Battery Life Is SUPER Nice.
Another thing I really like about the Solo is that is really does have one long ass battery life giving you over about 2 hours of consecutive vaping time when fully charged putting it right up their with the best in terms of battery life.
And what’s also cool is that unlike some of the other portables that you’ll find out there with the Solo you can charge it AND vape at the same time so that you’re never going to be stuck waiting for your device to charge as you are hanging for a vape.
The Solo Is VERY Herb Efficient.
What’s also really nice about the Solo vaporizer is that it’s extremely herb efficient making it ideal for those who like to get the most bang for their buck.
If I compare it to the Pax which I reviewed not too long ago and talked about how it wasn’t the most herb efficient device… well the Solo is kind of at the opposite end of that spectrum and I find it really makes my herb go quite far.
It’s Also Incredibly Easy To Use.
The last (but not least) thing that I appreciate about the Solo is that it’s super easy to use.
Vaping newbies will have no problem picking it up and getting a great vape off this device from the get go
It’s only got got a few parts and a couple of buttons and it’s pretty much dummy proof.
If however you don’t care about being super stealthy but want something that has a bit better vape quality and a longer battery life then this is a really rock solid way to go.
And overall I’m going to give this extremely solid device and extremely solid rating of 8.5/10!
